Pat Valdata is a poet and fiction writer. Her work includes the poetry books Where No Man Can Touch, which won the 2015 Donald Justice Prize; Inherent Vice; a chapbook, Looking for Bivalve; and the novels Crosswind and The Other Sister. Originally from New Brunswick, NJ, she now lives in Crisfield, MD, and teaches writing for the University of Maryland University College.
