Pat Valdata is a poet and fiction writer. Her work includes the poetry books Where No Man Can Touch, which won the 2015 Donald Justice Prize and was published in a revised edition in 2023; Inherent Vice; a chapbook, Looking for Bivalve; and the novels Crosswind, The Other Sister, and Eve's Daughters. Originally from New Brunswick, NJ, she now lives in Crisfield, MD.
