Jeff Filali, known as “Mr Tulsa,” is an author, real estate investor, entrepreneur, coach, and founder of RBI Enterprises.
Raised by a single mother in a Section 8 household, Jeff rebuilt his life after homelessness in his 20s and later faced major health challenges. His writing draws on decades of business, investing, personal struggles, and lessons learned the hard way.
He is the author of I AIN’T RICH…BUT I AM FREE! and WHAT OWNS YOU? His books explore money, addiction, ambition, time, and the choices that shape our lives. Through lived experience, practical education, and a no-nonsense approach to life, he challenges readers to look beyond appearances and decide what freedom means to them.
