About
C. L. Pinto Martinez is a writer, marketer, and lifelong learner who calls Baton Rouge, Louisiana, home, though she has lived in five states and waterfall hunts across the Carolinas every autumn. She began writing poetry at twelve and never stopped. Her debut work, Autumn's Ballad (2025), is a novelette in verse that explores the human heart through the lens of the season. Three more books are forthcoming: Purposefully Avocado, Winter's Lullaby, and A New Dawn for Thetford Mines.
By day, Chandra works in marketing and client success. By night (and early morning), she writes, studies, and dreams. She is currently pursuing an M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction (ESL) at LSU–Shreveport and holds a B.S. from BYU–Idaho. But the titles she treasures most are mother, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and beloved child of God.
Her writing invites you to slow down, feel deeply, and remember that it is never too late to begin again.
