About
I'm a freelance writer and editor who specializes in stories about women's health and social inequity.
My background is in broadcast journalism. I spent 23 years as a journalist and newsroom leader at NPR in Washington, DC before I left to pursue my MFA in Creative Writing at American University.
I'm currently in pre-submission with my agent on a narrative non-fiction book about eating disorders, GLP-1's and society's endless pursuit of the "perfect body."
