I spent more than two decades on Wall Street, which informs both my fiction and nonfiction writing. My professional work grew into a broader interest in money and markets: their mechanics and the philosophical ideas that underlie them. My fiction follows the people who inhabit that world, the choices they make, and how their ways of thinking shape their personal relationships.
