Vincent Peppe is a business, media, and technology attorney. Vincent has over 25 years of experience handling business, entertainment, intellectual property, and technology transactions and disputes. In the entertainment industry, he has represented recording artists, songwriters, producers, record labels, music publishers, music festivals, production companies, screenwriters, authors, and literary estates. In the business world, he has represented entrepreneurs, startup and growth stage companies, technology firms, and investors. Vincent has held positions as Director & Counsel for Internet & New Media at SESAC, the performing rights organization, and General Counsel & Director of Licensing at Naxos Music Group, the world's leading classical music label. He also served as Vice President for Digital Distribution at GameZnFlix, where he led a team that developed one of the first online services for delivering movies to computers and mobile devices. From 2014 to 2019, Vincent was a faculty member at Belmont University where he taught copyright law and music publishing. He is a graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music and Brooklyn Law School, where he was an editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. He is the recipient of the ASCAP Nathan Burkan Award for excellence in copyright law. Vincent is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, New York, and Connecticut.
