About
Rafael is a Venezuelan-born lawyer, historian, and business consultant based in the Greater Houston area. He also studied Strategic Management at Harvard University. His lifelong fascination with history, political institutions, ideology, religion, and human behavior inspired BECOMING HUMAN, an adult speculative alternate-history thriller examining how societies surrender their humanity and how ordinary people respond when cruelty becomes public policy. He is the father of two and currently live in Katy, Texas.
