About
Anthony Moreno is an entrepreneur, health performance consultant, speaker, and author of the forthcoming Fitness Sucks!, a practical, no-nonsense approach to helping people build healthier lives without having to become “fitness people.”
Originally from Gibraltar, Anthony immigrated to the United States after eight years of service in the British military, serving as a soldier in the British Army and later as a firefighter in the Royal Air Force. For more than a decade, he has worked professionally in health and fitness, developing an approach centered on sustainable behavior change, accountability, and practical health strategies that fit into real life.
He is the founder of The Fusion House, a private fitness and health performance facility in White Plains, New York, and works as a consultant, speaker, mentor, and educator. His work explores the intersection of health, human performance, behavior change, healthy aging, and personal responsibility.
His forthcoming book, Fitness Sucks!, challenges many of the assumptions of conventional fitness culture with a simple message: you don't have to love fitness to become healthier, you need an approach you can actually live with.
