About

Megan Brown is the author of ‘A Catalyst: My 5 Days in Heaven’ and ‘Love’s Recipes: A Personal Psychology of Love.’ Her work explores consciousness, human identity, spiritual experience, and Love as an intelligent force that shapes individual lives and the larger human story.

Her writing began after a near-death experience she had in 2007 from a very rare autoimmune disease called TTP-HUS and the side effect of kidney failure. An atheist at the time, Megan returned from the experience with a profoundly different understanding of existence. What forms the human identity? How do our experiences shape the people we become? What allows us to transform what we have experienced into a more enlightened way of being?

Megan has also co-authored ‘Death: A Compilation of Transformative Near-Death Experiences’ and ‘The Ways to God—A Spiritual Mosaic: Discovering God Through Many Perspectives.’ She is currently completing her third solo-authored book, ‘The Structure of Love,’ her shared perspectives of humanity’s true identity.
