Featured Work
Emmisburg
Literary comic fiction. A young, inexperienced rabbi fresh out of seminary returns to his quirky, all-Jewish hometown to lead its liberal temple, but is not respected by his former neighbors, who remember him as a whiny kid who used to vomit after third-grade lunch. Think Lake Woebegon filled with obstinate Jews. The setting is a small all-Jewish New Jersey town. The last chapter takes place in Prague.
