Christina Watt is a strategic thinker, coach, and trusted communications advisor known for her ability to bring creativity and alignment to complex challenges. With more than three decades of leadership experience, Christina has advised companies as a senior consulting executive, led global in-house communications functions, and designed enterprise-wide consumer and change initiatives for some of the world’s most respected brands, including Microsoft, Starbucks, Amazon, and SAP.
An expert in change, organizational leadership, and values-driven transformation, Christina is an accomplished business and academic writer and an executive coach and consultant. Christina has recently co-authored a leadership book with Simon Lamb that will publish in July of 2027 with Berrett-Koehler. Most recently, her peer-reviewed work on Manager Engagement was published in the Transdisciplinary Journal of Management, and her proven change process for organizational narrative development was published in the OD Review. Whether guiding executive teams or shaping large-scale cultural shifts, she has a talent for developing purposeful narratives that translate values into action and strengthen trust and engagement.
Additionally, Christina also has robust experience helping to guide communications and marketing planning and execution for books specifically. She was the publishing and PR lead for Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz with Hyperion on his first book Pour Your Heart Into It, How Starbucks Built a Company One Cup at a Time, and ran community engagement strategies for GeekWire Chairman and Seattle Magazine CEO Jonathan Sposato, for his NYT bestselling book Better Together: 8 Ways Working with Women Leads to Extraordinary Products and Profits, organizing speaking engagements and book signings at Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Starbucks, and more. Christina is based in Seattle, WA.
