My name is Pandy Pridemore. Some know me as an Arbitrator or Mediator. Others know me as an HR Consultant. Friends know me as a single woman who has 2 speeds. Working or thinking of something to work on. Most simply know me as an entrepreneur, mother, the woman that lives in a historical house. My career spans over forty five years focused on regulatory and compliance aspects of employment and labor law. I started writing my first book over a year ago to document the lessons I've shared and experiences I've gained working with my clients. Simple stories that we all can learn from. Joining the guild will provide me the opportunity to learn from people who have experienced more than I and for whom I can learn from.
