Chameleonic underground arts fixture, Tanamá Kao (Vas Littlecrow Colón-Ortiz y Wojtanowicz), is a multidisciplinary teaching artist, writer, and community facilitator whose contemporary practice centers on community arts engagement, trash art, and identity-focused creative exploration. Tanamá is a Queer Voices Mid-Career Retreat fellowship recipient, an alum of the Cow-Tipping Press Writing Cohort and the Healing Poetry Cohort. Most-recently, his writings have been published in Agates, Taste of the Witches, Queer Home of Craft, fruitslice, Mississippi Poetry Journal, Lake Country Journal, and THE LIFE MODEL.
