I am a retired college lecturer who taught creative, technical, and nonfiction writing. I have also written editorials and articles for Gannet publications. These articles included photographs visually illustrating information in the work. I find research rewarding. I currently am writing a novel which includes a protagonist dealing with the death of parents. She returns to her childhood home on an island in Southwest Florida.
