Yuri Cataldo is an author, entrepreneur, and AI researcher whose career spans the arts, technology, and venture capital. He holds an MFA from Yale School of Drama, where he studied under legendary designer Ming Cho Lee, and an MBA from MIT Sloan. He is the AI and Market Intelligence Lead at Autodesk Research, where he tracks more than 350 AI companies and over $1 billion in funding, and a Founding Partner at RavenRock VC.
His forthcoming book, Everything But Taste: Why Artists Will Rule the AI Economy, argues that as AI commoditizes execution, creative judgment becomes the scarcest professional skill. He is also the author of Be Left Behind and host of a podcast with more than 260 episodes.
