Her work is grounded in a simple belief: It’s all about relationships.

She previously built a global leadership platform reaching more than 500,000 listeners and is currently writing her first book on leading with both strength and humanity.

Known for her candid, high-impact facilitation style, Jill brings directness, humor, and care to every room she’s in. She helps leadership teams move from avoidance to action and from tension to trust, especially in moments that matter most.

With more than 25 years of experience across retail, media, technology, and finance, Jill has held senior HR and Talent leadership roles at USA Networks/IAC, Ann Taylor, Calvin Klein (PVH), Elie Tahari, and Macy’s. She has led large-scale organizational transformations and advised executive teams through complex change, with a focus on leadership capability, culture, and performance.

As a founder and working mother who built her business from the ground up, Jill is proving that empathy and performance are not trade-offs, they are the advantage.

She is certified in leadership and assessment tools including Gallup StrengthsFinder, Hogan Assessments, the Enneagram, and multiple 360 methodologies. Jill holds a BA in Psychology and Communications from the University of Michigan. Most importantly, she is a proud mom, a devoted wife, a Broadway fanatic, and a dog lover.
