I am the author of four books, the latest being my memoir, "Becoming a Badass: From Fearful to Fierce" which was published 9.25 and has so far won five awards: The Book Excellence Award for Best Memoir; Literary Titan Gold Book Award; Silver 2026 Nonfiction Book Award American Legacy Book Award ,International Impact Book Award and Reader’s Favorite Book Award Finalist. I have been to 152 countries and written about them for Forbes, Travel + Leisure, Robb Report, National Geographic Traveler, Coastal Living, Virtuoso Life, Wall Street Journal, New York TImes, O the Oprah Magazine, Organic Spa, Ultimate Experiences, Wine Dine & Travel and Food & Travel. I have won 107 writing awards including an Emmy Award and Lowell Thomas Travel Journalist of the year. I play blues harmonica and created two albums as singer/songwriter: "Margie Goldsmith and Friends Part 1," and "Margie Goldsmith and Friends Part 2" on Spotify and Apple.
