About
I have written more than 100 professional articles published in trade magazines, and am the author of eight award-winning book (two business books on global diversity and six books of personal essays).
My professional work has taken me to over 60 countries, where I’ve partnered with more than 100 organizations across corporate and nonprofit sectors to develop strategies focused on inclusion, change management, and leadership. I’ve designed and delivered training programs to strengthen team performance, served as a keynote speaker at hundreds of conferences on communication, leadership, and mindfulness, and created online learning experiences for thousands of participants.
I now write weekly essays on Substack, create keynote speeches for nonprofit CEOs, and am working on my first novel. I am also teaching myself linocut printing.
