Dr. Constance McMillan is an author and editor whose work connects ethical leadership and generational wisdom. She advances the conviction that moral clarity is defined by lived experience and by a responsibility to others. She is the author of Remembering Grandmas’ Precious Pearls of Wisdom (2023), a motivational nonfiction book. Her book draws on personal history to illuminate the quiet lessons that form values and fortitude.
She holds bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in business, with an emphasis in Executive Leadership, from Colorado Technical University, and completed her doctorate with a 4.0 GPA. Her scholarly research, published as Exploring the Strategic Business Processes Senior Leadership Use To Enable Successful Ethical Practice Within Their Organization, is available through ProQuest. In addition to her own writing, she has edited theses and dissertations supporting more than 100 students in earning master’s and doctoral degrees.
Dr. McMillan lives in Colorado, where she still continues to write. She also advocates for disabled veterans managing the VA disability process. Her work, both literary and professional, is guided by a devotion to ethical leadership, human dignity, and the preservation of generational insight.
