About
My work explores people navigating systems larger than themselves: institutions, families, belief structures, and the quiet rules that shape everyday life.
I began telling stories early, before I even knew how to read, and turned to writing them down as soon as I could. In my teens, I began studying writing craft more systematically, although I didn’t share my work until I was in my twenties. My first published work was fan fiction, and I continue to write transformative work alongside original fiction.
My work appears in the anthology The Iron Rose: Tales from Lacerta Station and in the forthcoming journal Thistle and Moth.
In addition to fiction, I write in a professional field. I currently live in Eastern North Carolina.
Featured Work
The Iron Rose: Tales from Lacerta Station
Most travelers pass through Lacerta Station without ever venturing beyond the main concourse. But past the jump gates and travel kiosks is a hole-in-the-wall bar, frequented by station workers, ships’ crews, and the occasional wayward soul.
Set against the backdrop of humanity’s expansion throughout the stars, The Iron Rose: Stories From Lacerta Station offers a glimpse into the everyday lives of those who find in the bar a helping hand, a stiff drink, or a tall tale.
I am the author of the stories "Fenestram Aperit" and "Legacy."
