Sara Itka is a born and raised South Floridian, meaning she believes “Fall” is when a hurricane blows leaves off the trees. She is an alumna and Social Media Coordinator of Superstars Writing Seminars, with stories featured in "Once Upon a Future Time Vol. 4" by the Brothers Uber, "Weird Wilderness: a Cryptid Bestiary" and "Chaotic Cupids: When Love Goes Awry", both by WordFire Press, and the upcoming "Odysseus" by Flametree Publishing.
Living with everyday migraines and undiagnosed pain conditions, Sara strives to bring visibility to the mental health of invisible disabilities, particularly for her fellow spoon girlies fighting to be taken seriously by the medical community.
When not working through her infinite “to be read” list, she can be found procrastinating working on her infinite “to be written” list.
