The USA Today Bestselling Realm of Darkness box set, which launched in October 2022, included Katherine's full-length Dark Epic Fantasy Romance novel Splitting Dawn (the first volume in The Splitting Worlds Series).
The Lords' Gambit series launched in January 2023 with much acclaim for Oracle of Life (volume one), which placed as a Fantasy finalist in the Next Generation Indie Book Awards.
Katherine holds a BA in Foreign Language/Lit: Japanese from the University of Memphis in Tennessee, where she also studied English (and editing). She worked for the Memphis Public Library and Information Center in her college years, and is still a vocal supporter of the Friends of the Memphis Public Library.
When her nose isn't stuck in a book, Katherine enjoys traveling, grilling out, playing video games, and spending time with her family and three cats.
