Catherine Heller Reilly has spent more than twenty-five years pursuing healing from extreme abuse. She speaks with a voice of authority on managing consequences of trauma, including dissociation and C-PTSD. When she isn’t at her desk writing, Reilly can usually be found outdoors either hiking, paddling, or skiing. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband of forty years.
Her debut memoir will be published May 4, 2027.
