About
Kate Kinney is a writer and educator who currently lives in northeastern Queens. She earned her PhD in English from the CUNY Graduate Center in 2015 and is academic chair and professor of English at Suffolk County Community College in Brentwood, NY. She’s written some short stories and essays that have been published in small literary journals. She has a novel in her head, and she thinks about the characters constantly.
