I'm a long time technical writer and author, having co-authored Diesel Mechanics by Glencoe Publishing, and authored Practical Boat Mechanics by International Marine Publishing. I have also written many articles for National Fisherman Magazine and Diesel Progress Mafagine.

I was a part time Engine Repair and Welding instructor for 20 years with the University of Alaska, Kodiak campus.

Currently, I am finishing a large pictorial book titled Get Home From Anywhere. It contains things I've learned during my fifty-five year career as a heavy duty diesel technician.
