I've written 22 books, beginning with Tom Searver: Portrait of a Pitcher,and including Frida Kahlo, Rescuers: Portraits of Moral Courage in the Holocaust, and White Fire: A Portrait of Women Spiritual Leaders in America. I am an ordained rabbi, now Emerita of two congregations. I teach workshops based on my most recent book: Embracing Wisdom: Soaring in the Second Half of Life.
