Susan P. Baker is the author of (6) six novels, UNAWARE, Ledbetter Street, Suggestion of Death, My First Murder, Death of a Prince, and The Sweet Scent of Murder, as well as two nonfiction books, Murdered Judges Of the Twentieth Century and Heart of Divorce-Advice from a Judge.
She is the past head of the Southwest Chapter of Mystery Writers of America, and currently a member of Authors Guild, Women Fiction Writers Association, Writer’s League of Texas, Sisters in Crime, and San Miguel Literary Sala.
A retired judge from Texas, Susan also practiced law and worked as a probation officer, all of which give her books a ring of authenticity. Susan is the mother of two and grandmother of eight.
