Reshma Patricia Crawford has an MFA in Screenwriting from Hollins University and a BA in Visual Arts, with minors in Creative Writing and Music, from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). Her prose has been published twice in UMBC’s Bartleby Literary Arts Journal, she has contributed written work to seven fan-made magazines and two of her screenplays have placed up to the semifinals of competitions like CineStory Foundation and Austin Film Festival. Reshma also has a decade’s worth of experience in non-fiction television in both Associate Producer and Development Producer capacities, involving in-depth tasks that require creative, story-focused writing. In addition to 60+ fiction stories, 120+ online music reviews and 12 unproduced feature, short and television scripts, she is currently working on three novel-length manuscripts - a sci-fi horror romance, a magical realism historical drama and a psychological thriller mystery. She currently resides in Culver City, California.
