Riman Forest is a Marine veteran and an MFA candidate in Creative Writing who writes dark mythological fantasy. Riman lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia, with his wife and three children. When he is not writing, he is usually reading mythologies that feel half-forgotten and collecting “what if” questions that could fuel future stories. According to his beautiful wife—who is not biased at all—he is the most loving, caring, and protective man you would ever encounter, who, somehow, is also the biggest overachieving a**hole when he needs to be.

Other interests include but are not limited to: playing chess, video games and TTRPGs, strolling around downtown looking for art and old things to buy, and whiskey (neat, please).
