Hello there!

My name is Riman Forest, and I'm happy that you are here. I'm an author in the making. By that, I mean that I'm currently working on my MFA in Creative Writing. I have several short stories completed that I'm planning on publishing later in a compilation, and I'm also working on my debut novel as part of my MFA program. If everything goes according to plan and life doesn't do its usual thing, I should be done around autumn 2026. I'm specializing in the path of Speculative Fiction. I'm checking the box of "Horror / Thriller" below for the categories because it's somewhat close, but that's not really accurate. My writing is dark, ambiguous, and has gory tendencies; it is essentially Gothic literature. I'm happy to be here in the Authors Guild to grow in a community of writers and authors, and I am looking forward to a future where I have updated this bio to show that I am a published author.
