Editor of LEARNING GOOD CONSENT: ON HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS AND SURVIVOR SUPPORT (AK Press, 2016) and author of the books DORIS: AN ANTHOLOGY (Microcosm Publishing, 2005) and THE ENCYCLOPEDIA OF DORIS (Doris Press, 2011), Cindy Crabb is the long-time publisher of the world-renowned zine Doris, often cited as one of the most influential zines ever published. Her diaries and papers are archived at the Harvard Radcliffe Schlesinger Library for the History of Women in America. Her essays have appeared in many anthologies, including Perspectives on Anarchist Theory (Institute for Anarchist Studies, 2022, 2016), When Language Runs Dry (Mend My Dress Press, 2020), Original Plumbing (The Feminist Press, 2019), The Riot Grrrl Collection (The Feminist Press, 2013), Stay Solid!: A Radical Handbook for Youth (AK Press, 2013), We Don’t Need Another Wave: Dispatches from the Next Generation of Feminists (Seal Press, 2006), and A Girl’s Guide to Taking Over the World: Writings From the Girl Zine Revolution (St. Martin’s Press, 1997).
