About
Asha Nyr is the accidental author, a childhood s.a. and abuse survivor who started writing to process her trauma, her PTSD.
Her first Romantasy series, Healing Fate, is exposure therapy for the psychological trauma, putting characters through difficult situations and applying DBT skills to not just heal the characters, but come to realizations for herself along the way. Asha Nyr has discovered new, hidden parts of her trauma to target and focus on as a result of this. Readers have also reported as much, which warms her heart as much as hurts it. She loves her readers and has the deepest solidarity with them.
Her second Romantasy series, The Summoner Chronicles, focuses on characters with the same disorders or syndromes she has: POTS, hEDS, ADHD, (BPD but no longer diagnosed).
