Andrew P. Rowan is an author, strategist, and content creator focused on global entrepreneurship, innovation ecosystems, and the intersection of technology and society. He is the author of Startup Vietnam: Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Socialist Republic, a book that explores Vietnam’s startup scene and the forces shaping its economic transformation. The book achieved the #1 spot in Amazon’s Business Travel Reference category.
With a decade of international experience across Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the U.S., Andrew has advised startups, governments, and innovation programs, including the Finland-Vietnam Innovation Partnership Program (IPP2). His expertise spans public-private partnerships, capacity building, and emerging markets.
He is also the creator of The Planetary Potential Podcast, which explores the people, ideas, and cultures shaping our world–one place at a time. Recorded on location and featuring in-depth conversations, the show is produced, hosted, edited, and published by Andrew P. Rowan.
