Lieutenant Scott Dodson, born after Turning, finds that Major’s dreams of returning to the way America used to be just don’t resonate, war with the Joscos is all he knows. On a supply run to Texas, things go terribly wrong, revealing dangerous facts about the world they thought they knew.
