Danielle Sullivan (she/they) is the founder of Neurodiverging Coaching, a transformative coaching practice dedicated to empowering late-identified neurodivergent individuals to navigate life, embrace their unique strengths, and thrive. A multiply certified coach specializing in positive psychology, trauma-informed learning, and solution-focused approaches, Danielle’s expertise lies in supporting autistic individuals, ADHDers, and those managing sensory regulation, alexithymia, and anxiety.

A late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD adult, Danielle combines professional expertise with deeply personal insights to foster understanding and connection in neurodivergent communities. Her work centers on dismantling internalized ableism, building self-empowerment strategies, and fostering advocacy and community support.

Danielle is also the creator and host of the Neurodiverging Podcast, where she shares resources, insights, and conversations designed to elevate awareness, inclusivity, and empowerment for neurodivergent individuals and their allies. With an engaging and compassionate approach, Danielle is a sought-after speaker on topics such as emotional regulation, boundary-setting, self-criticism, and creating anti-ableist systems.

Danielle holds a master’s degree in religious studies and certifications in neuroscience and communication strategies. She blends academic depth with lived experience to deliver authentic and impactful conversations that resonate with diverse audiences.
