Nicole Reineke is an inventor, innovator, and leader who has dedicated her career to transforming how technology is developed and used across industries. With 40 patents granted, she’s a prolific inventor in cutting-edge fields like AI, machine learning, and blockchain. Reineke was also one of the first female engineers to achieve the prestigious title of Senior Distinguished Engineer at Dell Technologies—breaking barriers in a traditionally male-dominated industry.

Reineke's professional journey spans over 25 years, during which she has led innovation strategies for global companies like Dell Technologies, Iron Mountain, a $4-billion company that hosts the most precious archives in the world, for example, those of the Smithsonian, and N-able ("enable"), one of the top edge-device management securing tens of millions of laptops. As an architect of groundbreaking AI and sustainability solutions, she has built global innovation teams and spearheaded strategies that integrate advanced technologies with ethical, human-centered approaches. She is the author of Compassion-Driven Innovation: 12 Steps for Breakthrough Success (Business Expert Press) that has been a strong seller in special sales at conferences where she speaks.
