Jason is a pianist starving for his art. Penny is a figure skater starving literally with a well-hidden eating disorder. 'Hungry' follows their journey over 30 years, showing how we receive the spiritual and psychological nourishment we need when we’re with those who believe in us; the further apart we grow, the more we’re starved for one another’s love, understanding and direction. Ambitions and old programming collide again and again, until Penny and Jason find one another again in the unlikeliest of places outside of Los Angeles, ready to rekindle the relationship that might save them both.
