About

Nwankwo Tony Nwaezeigwe is an Africanist scholar, Civil Rights Activist, and Political Affairs Analyst. He holds BA Hon in History, MA in African Political History and PhD in Transnational History and Diplomacy from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. His areas of specialization include pre-colonial African History, Contemporary Sub-Saharan Africa-Middle East Relations, and Ethno-Religious Conflicts. Until his current exile in Republic of the Philippines in response to religious persecution in Nigeria, he was a Senior Research Fellow with the Institute of African Studies, University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and pioneer Director, Centre for Igbo Studies, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is currently President, International Coalition against Christian Genocide in Nigeria, which is headquartered in Lawton, Oklahoma, USA. He is equally an Hon. Professor of Church Ministry, Triune Biblical University, Global Extension, Brooklyn, New York, USA; Member, Scientific Board, Asia-Africa Bandung-Spirit Scholars Institute; Editor, Integrity Journal of Arts and Humanities; Consultant Editor, Bluesland Journal of Arts and Social Science; and Member, Editorial Board, Misriqiya: International Journal of African Studies, Ain Shams University, Egypt. Among his publications include over forty research articles in scholarly journals; nine chapters in edited books; 13 books and over one hundred essays on public and political affairs; including Television discourses on national and international issues.
