About the Service
Based on my 23 years with NOAA, I can provide advice regarding oil spill preparations, containment, cleanup options, effects on the environment, trajectory modeling (through colleagues), and assessing the environental injury, as well as lost use due to an oil spill or threat of one.
I am also a meteorologist, environmental microbiologist, and was an artifical reef coordinator.
