About the Service

Jennifer began her career in content as a newspaper reporter covering local government, crime, court proceedings, business, health, college, and professional sports. She joined AOL in Dulles, VA where she managed partnerships with such brands as The Weather Channel and CNN.

 

Under her own shingle, KMG Worldwide Public Relations, Jennifer and her team earned national media coverage for clients in advertising, research, consumer technology, and infrastructure in such outlets as Advertising Age, Business Insider, The New York Times and USA Today. She was also the co-founder of a grassroots online community about Philadelphia and its surrounding areas, which entertained more than 25,000 members and accrued more than a million unique visitors per month.

 

As a student of organizational psychology and reporting structures, Jennifer provides internal and external leadership, consulting, editing, and writing support for communications initiatives in both in-house and agency environments. She is a member of the International Association of Professional Writers and Editors (IAPWE) and is an FCC-licensed broadcaster.

 

Jennifer holds a bachelor's degree in English and political science from Syracuse University's College of Arts and Sciences and Google UX/UI Certification. She is currently pursuing a professional certificate in artificial intelligence and machine learning for business through Coursera and the University of Pennsylvania. She is a former communications chair of SU's national alumni association board of directors and a graduate of the Gotham Writers' Workshop. She will participate in the Tin House Workshop for writers in Winter, 2023.
