About the Service
I can advise you on how to find government and legal documents you need for your non-fiction book research. I am an experienced user of the federal Freedom of Information Act and some state open records laws (they tend to work pretty much the same), of searching through courthouses for legal documents, and the ins and outs of searching through government and university archives. I charge $200 for a single project consultation and answering questions as you move through your research. I can't guarantee you'll find anything, but I can make it more likely you will.
