About the Service
Hello everyone! I am a writer, editor, teacher, and writing coach who is looking for new students and clients. For editing, I'm open to any genre but mostly focus on speculative fiction, anything under the mystery umbrella, and literary fiction. I also have a number of classes—Short Story Mechanics, Contemporary Dark Fiction, my Advanced Creative Writing Workshop, and a novel-in-a-year class, Novel Workshop 365.
In 15 years I have published four novels, four collections, over 150+ stories, and edited five anthologies. I am a Bram Stoker (twice), Shirley Jackson, and Thriller Award finalist. Recently, I've had work in Cemetery Dance, Lightspeed, and the Best Horror of the Year.
