What a client has to say ...

"In the spring of 2022, I put out a call for editorial services through the Authors Guild website. Several editors contacted me and I selected Emily. From the beginning, her approach was enthusiastic, professional, patient, and friendly. Throughout the editing process, she completed her tasks with great energy and enthusiasm and completed them exactly as outlined in the contract. She was timely, insightful, bright, knowledgeable, empathetic, and always positive. She has a deep grasp of the intricacies of grammar and punctuation as they pertain to writing prose fiction and made invaluable suggestions on how to deal with some thorny issues I was having with my narrative. It was a pleasure working with her through the track changes feature of Microsoft Word and twice we met virtually face-to-face which was a great way to get to know each other. The bottom line for me was that she always responded to my emails immediately and did exactly what she said she was going to do when she said she would do it. Emily is a fellow artist, a published writer with an MFA in creative writing, who cares very much about the way prose is put together. I look forward to working with her on future projects and I recommend her services without reservations."
