About the Service
Before "retiring" to focus on my fiction, I spent thirty years writing for a variety of business purposes. I developed hours of nonlinear, mutimedia education and training courses on a range of topics. I've also written extensively about research on Alzheimer's disease. My bias, whether training employees on appropriate workplace behaviors or translating medical jargon into layman's terms, is to focus on the human aspects of the information, the stories that reveal how the information affects real lives.
