About the Service
The Pitcairn Islands Study Center, housed on the campus of Pacific Union College in the San Francisco Bay Area, provides accurate information about the ill-famed "Mutiny on the Bounty;" H.M.S. Bounty; William Bligh; Pitcairn Island; and Norfolk Island. The Study Center website is at "pitcairnstudycenter.org." Guild member Herbert Ford at hford@puc.edu, or Katy Van Arsdale, at kvanarsdale@puc.edu, can provide more information about the Study Center, which holds the world's largest, at-one-site collection of material about the widely-known Bounty mutiny, its afteremath, and the islands that are connected to the mutiny. - hf
