Freelance Editor, Ghostwriter, and Editorial Consultant

I'm a 25 year book publishing veteran, formerly of Random House. As a freelance editor, editorial consultant, and book doctor, I focus on story, conceptual and character development, and line editing. As a ghostwriter I write books for others. As a book doctor and writing coach, I help writers finish and polish their work. I specialize in commercial fiction and nonfiction—specifically narrative nonfiction—for a commercial audience. I have taught editing, creative writing, and introduction to book publishing in two universities. My aim is to utilize the full spectrum of my skills and expertise in writing, editing, and commercial book publishing, for my clients and their projects.
