Ken Wells

I'm a novelist and author of three books of literary non-fiction who also has had a long and distinguished career in journalism--formerly a Page One editor and senior writer for The Wall Street Journal and editor-in-chief of The Journal's book publishing program. I've written and published books and been a publisher of books and have a unique understanding of the process--from writing and editing detailed book proposals to rewriting and editing of manuscripts to working with editors, agents and publicists. Though I have a background in business journalism I have eclectic tastes and interests having covered beats that include the environment, energy, geopolitics, food and culture.
